Every 5 minutes a child arrives alone at various railway stations in India, they are running away from poverty, abuse, hunger, and various other threats. Children often board trains which are easier to board and travel long distances.
Once these children arrive alone, they need care and protection. When they arrive at railway station abusers such as pimps, traffickers, drug pushers, and paddlers reach to them and do exploitation.
Railway children India believes in early intervention and reaches to these children and provide protection and care before an abuser enters to them.
