  • Safeguarding Officer Delhi/NCR

    The Child Safeguarding Officer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and strengthening child safeguarding practices across Railway Children India (RCI) programmes. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role involves working closely with the Programme Manager, Family Reintegration and Senior Programme Manager to ensure that safeguarding policies, procedures, and standards are consistently upheld. The officer will conduct safeguarding risk assessments, develop and deliver training for staff, volunteers, and partners, and provide guidance to strengthen safeguarding practices. The role will also involve maintaining confidential incident records, conducting compliance audits, and supporting the organisation in identifying and addressing safeguarding risks to ensure a safe environment for every child.
