  • Life Skills Trainer Delhi/NCR

    The Life Skills Trainer will be responsible for implementing and facilitating the Life Skills Education (LSE) program across communities where RCI operates. The role involves working directly with children and adolescents to build essential life competencies, as defined by the World Health Organization — “abilities for adaptive and positive behaviour that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life.” The trainer will also mentor Peer Facilitators to co-lead sessions, fostering youth leadership and ensuring the sustainability of life skills initiatives. As the key facilitator, the trainer will lead sessions and oversee the effective rollout of the life skills curriculum in the community.

  • Project Lead Dadar, Mumbai

    Project Lead (Transport Terminals) will be responsible for leading the on-ground implementation of RCI’s child protection programme at Dadar and other railway stations to be expanded in future within Maharashtra. The role entails managing a team of field staff, ensuring high-quality program delivery, adherence to donor and organizational compliance, and effective coordination with government and non-government stakeholders. The Project Lead will act as the key link between the field teams and the program management unit to ensure effective execution, monitoring, and reporting of all program deliverables

  • Community Mobiliser Delhi

    This position is responsible for mobilizing communities, actively reach out to community members (youth, adults, parents, community influencers and aged persons along with differently able members through continuous rapport building and regular communication.
